NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE MAKING
PROPOSED RULE REVISION
On Monday, October 3, 2016, beginning at 10:00 AM in the Pinon Room, located at 1209 Camino Carlos Rey, Santa Fe, NM 87507, the Department of Cultural Affairs’ New Mexico State Library Division will hold a public hearing on the proposed repeal and replace of NMAC 4.5.7 Requirements Governing Conduct of and Use by Patrons at the New Mexico State Library. The purpose of the hearing is to provide interested individuals an opportunity to orally present their views on the proposed rule revision.
